Toronto, August 15, 2018 – Last night, Telefilm Canada received the 2018 Digital Transformation Award for the Information System Redesign project, developed jointly with the Canada Media Fund (CMF).
Through this project, Telefilm and the CMF simplified the business processes of both funding organizations, while maintaining the highest levels of diligence, efficiency and transparency for audiovisual industry clients. The results of this project was the implementation of our newest application management platform, known as Dialogue, launched progressively as of December 2015.
“Our new application platform was created with the industry on top of mind," says Christa Dickenson, Executive Director, Telefilm Canada. "The success of this project is thanks to the collaborative effort of our CMF partners and, of course, the dedication of both organizations’ employees. This award is accepted on behalf of all of you!
“I’d like to personally thank Valerie Creighton and her entire team for partnering with Telefilm in this digital transformation.”
"Dialogue enables the CMF’s program administrator, Telefilm Canada, to deliver our programs in a more efficient manner," said Valerie Creighton, President and CEO, CMF. "This digital transformation was not only necessary to work towards continuously improving clients’ user experience, but will further allow us to develop administrative efficiencies.
