This round of funding comes with a total budget of $500,000 and is part of the federal government's $40M investment to support francophone content and creators from underrepresented communities.

Only French-language projects in the Documentary and Children and Youth genres are eligible for funding through this allocation. Applicants must also have reported a minimum of $10,000 in gross sales to the CMF between 2018 and 2022.
