Accessibility Support

Accessibility Support offers financial assistance for individuals who identify as Persons with disabilities/Disabled persons in overcoming possible barriers during the application process to the CMF’s Programs.

Eligible Applicants may apply to Accessibility Support to cover costs for specific activities, such as completing or updating a PERSONA-ID account, opening a Dialogue account to apply for funding, reading and understanding the CMF Program Guidelines and requirements, communicating with a CMF Program Administrator analyst, and/or completing and submitting an online application.

Accessibility Support will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis until funds are depleted, subject to a maximum contribution of $3,000 per Applicant. Funds will be paid directly to Applicants.

To request Accessibility Support please contact the CMF no less than 3 weeks before the Program Opening Date.
