Commercial Projects Program

The objective of the Commercial Projects Program is to fund projects that have a greater probability of commercial success. Projects will be evaluated based on their potential to attain stated commercial objectives, demonstrate business opportunity and achieve profitability.

Beginning in 2022-2023 :

Applicants will be permitted to apply via Dialogue generally 10 days in advance of the Program’s Closing Date.

HOW TO APPLY

STEP #1
READ THE
GUIDELINES
  1. Read the documents in the Guidelines and References before you apply. This will help you prepare all your documentations required for funding.
  2. Make sure you are aware of the due dates for application.
STEP #2
PREPARE & SUBMIT
APPLICATION
  1. Download all of the appropriate application documents.
  2. Submissions are done on the Telefilm website. You will need a Dialogue account in order to apply. Once your documents are ready, you can upload them and follow the process.
STEP #3
FUNDING
DECISION
  1. If your application is approved, you will receive a contract to sign as soon as all of the conditions noted in the letter of acceptance have been fulfilled (where applicable).

APPROVED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

If your application has been approved and you have received a Financing Agreement, applicants must visit our Approved Application Documents page to access and download additional materials including Interim Financing, CMF logos and Phase II/Final Cost forms.
