Octavio Trillos is a lawyer, screenwriter and novelist from Venezuela. He currently resides in Montreal, Canada. He practiced Corporate and Criminal Law for five years before devoting himself fully to studying cinema, specializing in screenwriting and production. He won an award in Italy from the Veneto Film Commission for his original screenplay, “The Weight of the Air”, and another award (mentorship program) from QEPC and CMF for his originial TV series “Oden’s Law”. These industry recognitions showcase his ability and talent to create and write compelling and highly-marketable stories.

Symmetry Break is an indie studio founded by three university friends and based in Hamburg, Germany, driven by the passion to tell good stories and to find new forms of expression.

The work we do involves artistic games and interactive media that make use of unique design and storytelling techniques to promote mental health awareness, emotional intelligence and mutual acceptance. We also produce in-house tools and assets to promote the creativity of other devs.

Since its inception in 1999, ShinAwiL has produced some of the biggest and most well-loved TV shows in Ireland including: Dancing with the Stars, Home of The Year, Dragons' Den, and The Apprentice.

In 2017, the company began developing a slate of scripted projects, forming fruitful partnerships with a variety of international co- producers. With projects backed by Screen Ireland, RTÉ, and various distributors and studios, we continue to produce and develop a diverse slate of prestige scripted content.

Some of our credits to date include: MISS SCARLET & THE DUKE for A&E International/Element 8, which premiered on PBS Masterpiece in 2021,feature film THE MIRACLE CLUB with Zephyr Films and starring Dame Maggie Smith, Laura Linney & Kathy Bates, and 6-part Irish thriller CLEAN SWEEP with Incendo (Canada) starring Charlene McKenna and Barry Ward.
