The Allocation for the Quebec French Regional Production Incentive (QFRPI) appears to be oversubscribed, and the CMF is undergoing eligibility analysis of the submitted applications. Please be advised that although this program remains open in Dialogue, it is possible that any newly submitted applications may not be considered for funding.
Beginning in 2026-2027, the Linear Content Programs – Core Production Guidelines have been eliminated. For most Linear Content Production Programs, the Broadcaster Envelope Program (Production) – English and French and/or the Distributor Envelope Program will serve as the main sets of Guidelines for project funding.
