26 CMF-funded productions win 67 Canadian Screen Awards
Toronto, March 13, 2016 - The Canada Media Fund (CMF) congratulates the winners and nominees of the 2016 Canadian Screen Awards, which have been recognized for their excellence by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television, and industry professionals at a series of events which culminated with tonight’s televised gala.
A total of 26 CMF-funded productions won 67 Canadian Screen Awards, including top winners such as The Book of Negroes, Schitt’s Creek, Orphan Black, Degrassi, 19-2 School and Rick Mercer Report.
