As a trusted advisor, Courtney has led initiatives in policy modernization, leadership development, and organizational design, with a consistent focus on aligning talent, culture, and business strategy. Passionate about building workplaces where people thrive and organizations succeed, she brings both strategic insight and a people-first approach to every engagement. Now based in St. John’s, Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Employment Relations from Memorial University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary’s University.
