Six projects $2.8M in funding through Francophone Minority Program
The Canada Media Fund (CMF) announced that it would provide $2.8M in funding to six convergent projects as part of the second round of financing under the Francophone Minority Program. This program supports productions which reflect the realities of living in French-language communities outside Québec.
Audiences will have a chance to enjoy these new French-language productions created for television and digital media from various regions of the country. Successful applicants were from Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Ontario.
