New NOUS | MADE campaign: C’est à NOUS ! revisits iconic stories with a comedic twist

Montreal, September 10, 2026 — Today, NOUS | MADE has launched the new campaign C’est à NOUS !, fronted by comedian Arnaud Soly. Soly, alongside seven digital content creators, will reimagine iconic scenes and characters from beloved series and films, inviting audiences to (re)discover Canadian content.
Arnaud Soly will be joined by Douaa Kachache, Emy Lalune, Pascale de Blois, Rosalie Vaillancourt, Thomas Bédard, Tommy-Lee Salvas, and Zoé Duval. Together, the group will put a humorous spin on classic, recent, and upcoming works, and let audiences know where to enjoy them. On the docket: Les Boys and Elvis Gratton reimagined by Arnaud Soly, sketches paying tribute to Heated Rivalry and Le cœur a ses raisons, and a Denis Villeneuve-style retelling of La guerre des tuques. Artist cameos including André Robitaille, Mélissa Désormeaux-Poulin, Maude Landry, and Virginie Fortin will spice up the series, while Mathieu Bouillon will serve as script editor.
“So many homegrown works have left their mark on us, often without us even realizing it. With this crew, we want to play with these references, put our own spin on them, and above all, make audiences want to rediscover them. If we can introduce someone to a series or film from here that they didn't know about before, then it’s mission accomplished,” says comedian and NOUS campaign ambassador Arnaud Soly.
Coming soon to social media
The first few parodies will hit NOUS social media channels, as well as the creators’ channels, on September 9. Around twenty videos will be published this fall, with information on where to watch the featured works, making them easier to discover and stream.
You can watch the first videos here, here and here.
To launch the campaign, Soly and his team will also be on hand at the Prix Gémeaux awards ceremony on Sunday, September 13.
Putting homegrown stories in the spotlight
Supported by the Canada Media Fund and Telefilm Canada, the C’est à NOUS ! campaign will help audiences discover Canadian and Quebecois audiovisual productions by meeting them where they already are: on social media.
The campaign also underscores the growing role content creators play in the cultural ecosystem and their ability to build bridges between audiovisual works and new audiences.
“We have an incredible wealth of Canadian stories, films, and series, but making sure they reach audiences—especially younger ones—is more important than ever,” says Canada Media Fund CEO and President Valerie Creighton. “With C’est à NOUS !, we’re using humour, creativity, and social media to celebrate this content and invite audiences to discover it.”
“The challenge isn't just making homegrown content available, it's making sure they're chosen,” adds Telefilm Canada Executive Director and CEO Julie Roy. “This campaign creates the opportunity to connect with stories that reflect our culture, our imagination, and our diversity.”
An upcoming podcast with George Stroumboulopoulos
For the English Canadian market, the MADE | NOUS campaign will launch a new podcast hosted by George Stroumboulopoulos. Recorded in his home studio in Toronto, the podcast will feature in-depth conversations with leading figures from Canada’s audiovisual industry.
With its two ambassadors, MADE | NOUS continues its mission of celebrating the stories, talents and works that bring us together from coast to coast.
