With over 35 years of experience in law—more than 20 of which were spent in the telecommunications sector—she brings deep expertise in organizational compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
Throughout her career, she has notably served as Vice President of Legal Affairs and Chief Privacy Officer at Cogeco Connexion, where she led major governance initiatives focused on transparency, data privacy, and stakeholder accountability.
As co-founder of the Cogeco Women’s Network—which she co-led for over five years in addition to contributing as a mentor—she embodies a modern governance model attentive to human and societal issues.
