The English Predevelopment Funding allocation appears to be oversubscribed, and the CMF is undergoing eligibility analysis of the submitted applications. Please be advised that although this program remains open in Dialogue, it is possible that any newly submitted applications may not be considered for funding.

Due to high demand, the CMF will no longer be accepting applications for the following allocations:
- Quebec French Regional Development
- Northern Development Incentive allocation
While the respective budgets, applicable rules and deadlines will remain distinct, the following Development and Predevelopment allocations are consolidated into this one set of Guidelines:
- the Broadcaster Envelope Program (Development) – English and French
- the Black and Racialized Community Development and Predevelopment allocation;
- the Francophone Minority Development allocation;
- the Quebec French Regional Development allocation;
- the Northern Development Incentive allocation; and
- the Predevelopment Funding allocation.
